The Core Literature that the Third Graders will be reading is: Molly's Pilgrim and Stone Fox.  Please check out the Grade Level Standards for Third Grade listed below.

In the upcoming months we will be studying the Native American tribes, Cheyenne, Navajo, and Kwakiutl. This will lead into the local Gabrielino Native American tribe and into the history of Arcadia. We will culminate the Arcadia unit with "Arcadia Days".

The Science units this year for third grade are; Matter, the Solar System, and Living Things.

Third Graders are learning many new songs on their precorders. Please have your child practice at home.
